WLLH Echelon 40-1

We have been scaling back and getting away from the showring. It’s just not what we do or want to do. Dad and I will always have a handful of showpig sows because we do enjoy working with youth and their projects. With that being said we will NEVER promote or breed slow growing, poor maternal sows that have to be babysitted. These handful of sows have to earn their keep. They work for us, not the other away around. WLLH Echelon is an interesting hog. Heavy boned, huge footed, and an incredibly flexible, angular skeleton. His dam was the 2nd best red sow to be here since I moved back to Indiana from college. She generated winners but more importantly she was a productive sow. WLLH Echelon 40-1 is a half brother to the Res. Champion Duroc gilt 2022 NJSS and he is a littermate to the Champion Duroc Barrow 2024 Georgia Jr. show. His first daughters are some of our best. Late July gilts that are running in a group of 30 weighing 275-300 lbs. We also have a son WLLH Higher that brings a lot of good in a little different package. WLLH Echelon 40-1 is generating hogs with growth, structure, and flexibility. Time will tell how good his daughters will be.
